Cancellation Policy

1) If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show at the scheduled treatment time, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the full amount of the treatment booked before you are able to reschedule. 2) If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled treatment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible to pay 50% of the full amount of the treatment booked before you are able to reschedule. 3) If you have prepaid for your treatment online, refunds will only be given if the cancellation or reschedule request is made more 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time.
